Who are you?

- Card Catcher Shop is a small independent business operating out
of the Bristol area, posting the latest and most desirable products
across the UK.

Where do you get your stock?

- Our TCG stock comes straight from the biggest official Pokemon
distributor in the UK, guaranteeing quality and legitimacy.

Is all your stock in-hand?

- Yes, unless stated otherwise (such as in the case of pre-orders)
all our stock is in-hand and ready for shipping.

Can I use PayPal?

- Yes, PayPal is one of our most frequently used payment gateways.
It has exactly the same benefits and protection as using the 'Goods &
Services' option.

Can you ship outside of the UK?

- Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK
at this moment.

QUALITY OF GOODS

Although every care is taken when packaging and shipping goods off, Unfortunately from time to time goods will arrive at our premises with superficial damage from our suppliers.

This can include slight tears to sealed packaging, dented corners, creases in cardboard, etc.

It is very rare that we receive items with many (if any) imperfections, but if you do require a pristine outer package for a sealed collection, then please feel free to contact us either through the contact form at the bottom of this page, or through one of our social media accounts before purchasing.
